Q: What does my registration include?
A: Your registration for the conference includes: admission to all scheduled events, and the All-White Rooftop Brunch on Sunday.
Q: Will transportation be provided to/from the airport/hotel upon arrival and departure?
A: Each registrant is responsible for coordinating their own ground transportation. We recommend you use Uber, Lyft, or Marta.
Q: Are registrants allowed to bring family to Atlanta?
A: Yes, please do! We will not have any scheduled functions for men or children. All events are for women that have registered for the retreat. However, we have built in plenty of down time for you to enjoy the city however you choose.
Q: If I change my mind or something comes up, will I be issued a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we are not issuing refunds. You WILL be allowed to transfer your registration to another person if you can no longer attend.
Q: Is airfare included in the registration fee?
A: No, airfare is not included in the registration fee. Each registrant is responsible for their own travel expenses. Please fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
Q: Will WiFi be provided at the hotel?
A: Yes, WiFi will be provided complimentary in the guest rooms and common spaces of the hotel.
Q: What is the attire for this conference?
A: Attire for the weekend is Summer chic. After all, we are in the A! Feel free to wear your comfortable summer dresses or shorts/jeans and blouses, sandals or heels. Since we will be indoors for the General Session portions, note that you may be chilly with the AC flow—planning to dress in lightweight layers is a good rule of thumb. For the All-White Women's Brunch, we will collectively wear white in honor of our call to purity, so remember to pack your favorite white outfit!
Q: Will meals be provided during the retreat?
A: The only full meal will be Sunday's Rooftop Brunch. Otherwise, each registrant is responsible for their own meals. The hotel has a restaurant onsite and there are several options within walking distance as well.
Q: What activities will be available during free time?
A: We have shared multiple optional activities, some which incur an additional cost. See our Explore tab for ideas!
Q: What happens if I arrive at the hotel before my sleeping room is available for check-in?
A: The hotel will store your luggage until your room is ready. We recommend that you take advantage of the restaurant onsite or nearby shopping during this time.
Q: When I check out before the Sunday brunch, what should I do with my luggage?
A: Luggage storage space will be provided, please bring your luggage to the front desk.
